Oh, sweet Marzipan! I grew up on that stuff and have some of the best food memories involving marzipan treats (that’s right, I collect food memories! I started a food and wine journal a few years back — best habit ever!) Raw Marzipan is basically made out of three ingredients: Almonds, sweetener and typically, rosewater (although I used vanilla extract and didn’t notice much of a difference). If you decide to go with plain Marzipan, you can have them done in under 10 minutes! If you decide to coat them in chocolate, it will take slightly longer but it is so worth it. I enjoyed my raspberry flavored Marzipan treats the most!
